We kindly inform you that GPW Benchmark (the “GPWB”), pursuant to Management Board Resolution No. 153/2025 of 28 October 2025, has decided to:

1)    exempt non-financial entities using benchmarks provisioned by the GPWB from all fees due for non-contractual using and applying,

2)    exempt financial entities using benchmarks developed by the Company from 50% of the fees due for non-contractual using and applying.

Non-contractual use is defined as the use of reference rates developed by GPWB for the purposes specified in Article 3(1)(7) of the BMR, without a concluded Agreement, a template of which is available at: https://gpwbenchmark.pl/en-stosowanie_stawek_referencyjnych.

This exemption applies for the period until 31 March 2026, and the condition for benefiting from the exemption is that the entity using the benchmarks must notify licencje@gpwbenchmark.pl by 31 March 2026 of the fact that it is using the benchmarks provisioned by GPWB.
