GPW Benchmark (Administrator) informs that from 1 April 2022 amended text of the Rules of the GPW Indices Family will apply. The consolidated text, effective from April 1, is available here.

The Rules have been changed in points that explain the nature of the "Total return Index". New provisions specify the scope of application of the correction factor (corrector) in total return indices; its application takes place in every justified case resulting from operations with securities carried out on the terms set out in the Detailed Stock Exchange Trading Rules.

In Administrator’s view, the above-mentioned changes do not meet the criteria of a "substantial change" within the meaning of Art. 28 sec. 2 of the Benchmark Regulation (BMR).
