GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on December 29, 2023 lists of the WIG, WIG-Poland and WIG-real estate participants will be supplemented with 13,040,000 shares of MURAPOL company (ISIN PLMURPL00190).

MURAPOL company’s shares were introduced to trading on GPW Main List on December 15, 2023 and fulfill criteria of the above mentioned indices.

Additionally, after the session on December 29, 2023 there will be an extraordinary adjustment and 13,040,000 shares of MURAPOL company (ISIN PLMURPL00190) will supplement portfolios of the sWIG80, sWIG80TR and WIG140 indices. GRODNO company (PLGRODN00015) will be removed from the lists of the above-mentioned indices.

The extraordinary adjustment of the sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices portfolios results from IPO of MURAPOL company, for which the value of free-float shares on the first day of trading on December 15, 2023 was at least 1.25% of the capitalization of the above-mentioned portfolios.
The extraordinary adjustment of the WIG140 index portfolio is a consequence of the extraordinary adjustment of the sWIG80 index portfolio.
