Communiqué

GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on October 3, 2023 there will be an extraordinary adjustment and CIECH company (ISIN PLCIECH00018) will be removed from the mWIG40, mWIG40TR, WIG140, WIG-ESG, WIG, WIG-Poland and WIG-chemical indices.

CIECH company no longer meets criteria of the above mentioned indices, because it's free float is lower than 10%.

Additionally, following the trading session on October 3, 2023:

• 85,618,000 shares of POLIMEXMS company (ISIN PLMSTSD00019) will supplement mWIG40 and mWIG40TR indices,
• in sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices POLIMEXMS company will be replaced by 2,265,000 shares of BIOCELTIX company (ISIN PLBCLTX00019),
• 2,265,000 shares of BIOCELTIX company (ISIN PLBCLTX00019) will supplement WIG140 index,
• 10,756,000 shares of RYVU company (ISIN PLSELVT00013) will supplement WIG-ESG index.
