Communiqué
The Management Board of GPW Benchmark SA announces that due to the information provided by the Trading System Bursa de Valori Bucuresti SA (Bucharest Stock Exchange) regarding the operation of increasing the share capital along with the extraordinary adjustment of the share price of PURCARI WINERIES PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (correction factor = 2 ), the operation of increasing the share capital with the extraordinary adjustment of the share price of PURCARI WINERIES PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED will be included in the index portfolio and reflected in the value of the CEEplus index starting from the trading session on July 21 2021.
Additionally GPW Benchmark informs that CEEplus index values dated on 19th and 20th of July 2021, were calculated and published without taking into account the above-mentioned operation, consistently with the 9.7 and 9.8 of the CEEplus Index Regulations.
