GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on May 18, 2021 there will be an extraordinary adjustment of WIG20, WIG20TR, WIG30, WIG30TR, WIG, WIG-Poland and WIG-ESG indices.

As a result of this extraordinary adjustment number of shares of ALLEGRO company (ISIN LU2237380790) will amount to:

• 385,970,000 in WIG20, WIG20TR, WIG30, WIG30TR, WIG and WIG-Poland indices,
• 262,558,000 (after taking into account the ESG and the Code of Good Practice ratios and limiting the total share of companies exceeding 5% share in the index portfolio up to 40%) in WIG-ESG index.

The extraordinary adjustment results from an increase of free float shares of ALLEGRO company over EUR 250 million.
