Communiqué

GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on December 3, 2020 there will be an extraordinary adjustment and ENERGA company (ISIN PLENERG00022) will be removed from the mWIG40, mWIG40TR, WIG, WIG-ESG, WIG-Poland and WIG-energy indices.

ENERGA company no longer meets criteria of the above mentioned indices, because it's free float is lower than 10%.

Additionally, following the trading session on December 3, 2020:

• 66,205,000 shares of CORMAY company (ISIN PLCMRAY00029) will supplement mWIG40 and mWIG40TR indices,
• CORMAY company will be replaced by 1,100,000 shares of GAMEOPS company (ISIN PLGMSOP00019) in sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices,
• ENERGA company will be replaced by 2,500,000 shares of DATAWALK company (ISIN PLPILAB00012) in WIG-ESG index.
