GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on December 2, 2020 there will be an extraordinary adjustment of WIG20, WIG20TR, WIG30, WIG30TR, WIG and WIG-Poland indices.

As a result of this extraordinary adjustment the number of shares of ALLEGRO company (ISIN LU2237380790) will amount to:
• 309,375,000 in WIG20, WIG20TR, WIG and WIG-Poland indices,
• 282,884,000 in WIG30 and WIG30TR indices.

Weightings of ALLEGRO company will be reduced to 10% in WIG30 and WIG30TR indices.

The extraordinary adjustment results from the increase in the number of free float shares of ALLEGRO company over EUR 250 million.
