Communiqué

GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on November 26, 2020 there will be an extraordinary adjustment and PLAY company (ISIN LU1642887738) will be removed from the WIG20, WIG20TR, WIG30, WIG30TR, WIGtech, WIG, WIG-Poland and WIG-telecommunication.

PLAY company no longer meets criteria of the above mentioned indices, because it's free float is lower than 10%.

Additionally, following the trading session on November 26, 2020:

• 55,869,000 shares of ASSECOPOL company (ISIN PLSOFTB00016) will supplement WIG20 and WIG20TR indices,
• 9,620,000 shares of KETY company (ISIN PLKETY000011) will supplement WIG30 and WIG30TR indices,
• ASSECOPOL company will be replaced by 109,279,000 shares of CIGAMES company (ISIN PLCTINT00018) in mWIG40 and mWIG40TR indices,
• CIGAMES company will be replaced by 4.308.000 shares of AIGAMES company (ISIN PLSNTFG00017) in sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices.
