Communiqué

GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on March 16, 2020 there will be an extraordinary adjustment and ORBIS company (ISIN PLORBIS00014) will be removed from the mWIG40, mWIG40TR, WIG, WIG-Poland and WIG-ESG indices.

ORBIS company no longer meets criteria of the above mentioned indices, because it's free float is lower than 10%.

Additionally, following the trading session on March 16, 2020:

• 25,399,000 shares of ASSECOSEE company (ISIN PLASSEE00014) will supplement mWIG40 and mWIG40TR indices,
• shares of ASSECOSEE company will be replaced by 27,248,000 shares of QUERCUS company (ISIN PLQRCUS00012) in sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices.
