GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on January 14, 2020 there will be an extraordinary adjustment of mWIG40, mWIG40TR, WIG30, WIG30TR, WIG, WIG-Poland, WIG-ESG, WIGtech, WIG-IT and WIGdiv indices.

As a result of this extraordinary adjustment number of shares of ASSECOPOL company
(ISIN PLSOFTB00016) will amount to:
•    55,869,000 in mWIG40, mWIG40TR, WIG30, WIG30TR, WIG, WIG-Poland, WIG-IT and WIGdiv indices,
•    22,129,000 (reduced to 10%) in WIGtech index,
•    45,254,000 (after taking into account the ESG and the Code of Good Practice ratios) in WIG-ESG index.

The extraordinary adjustment results from the decrease of free float shares of ASSECOPOL company over EUR 250 million.
