GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on January 9, 2020 there will be an extraordinary adjustment of WIG20, WIG20TR, WIG30, WIG30TR, WIG.MS-FIN, WIG, WIG-Poland, WIGdiv, WIG-ESG and WIG-banking indices.

As a result of this extraordinary adjustment number of shares of PEKAO company (ISIN PLPEKAO00016) will amount to:

• 176,379,000 in WIG20, WIG20TR, WIG30, WIG30TR, WIG.MS-FIN, WIG, WIG-Poland and WIG-banking indices,
• 64,736,000 (reduced to 10%) in WIGdiv index,
• 108,644,000 (after taking into account the ESG and the Code of Good Practice ratios and limiting the total share of companies exceeding 5% share in the index portfolio up to 40%) in WIG-ESG index.

The extraordinary adjustment results from an increase of free float shares of PEKAO company over EUR 250 million.
