WIGdiv index has been calculated since December 31, 2010 based on the value of portfolio with companies, which in the last 5 financial years have regularly paid dividend. WIGdiv portfolio may include the number of shares of companies classified in the indices WIG20, mWIG40 or sWIG80. The initial value of WIGdiv index was 1000 points. It is a total return index and thus when it is calculated it accounts for both prices of underlying shares and dividend and pre-emptive rights income.
