WIG20TR index is calculated and disseminated since December 3, 2012, based on the value of portfolio of 20 major and most liquid companies on the WSE Main List. Index base value was established on December 31, 2004 at the level of 1,960.57 points. Unlike WIG20, WIG20TR is the total return index, which means when it is calculated it accounts for both prices of underlying shares and dividend income. All other index construction rules are consistent with the WIG20 index methodology.
